Since 2011 Cirkusön, 'the circus island', has worked for a society with more contemporary circus, to develop ourselves and the artform. Since 2018 we offer open practice at Schillerska gymnasiet in Gothenburg every Monday at 7pm-9pm and Wednesday at 7pm-10pm during the school semesters for teenagers (13+) and adults at all levels. During the summer period we train outside, mainly i Trädgårdsföreningen, during days with good weather. Please contact us for more information on exact days. The trainings are not teacher led, we teach and help each other to develope knew skills. There is no gear in the hall so everything you want use except training mats need to be brought from home.
We also arrange two circus- and acroyoga camps each year, Höstglöd and Våreld. The camps are held in Albert Hall in Allingsås.
